Shipping Policy
What is the shipping rate for Switzerland?
The shipping rate for Switzerland is CHF 5.70 for 1 item and CHF 8.50 for 2 items and more. Your order will usually arrive in 7-10 days. However, please keep in mind that delivery times and costs are just estimates and may vary.
Is free delivery available for my order?
No, we don't offer free delivery.
Will I be able to track my order?
Yes, you can track your orders with the tracking link we will provide you with.
My package was expected to arrive today, but I haven't received it. What should I do next?
Late deliveries are rare, but if your order is delayed, wait for two business days. If it still doesn't arrive, use the tracking information to contact the carrier for an update.
Return & Refund Policy
1. Order Cancellation
Once your order starts production, we can't cancel it. Customized products are made right after your order is submitted. Usually, production starts within 12 hours of your order. It's hard to guarantee that the manufacturer will see our request to cancel or change the address.
2. Address Change
We use a third-party vendor to verify your address. If there's an address issue with your order, and you haven't made changes within 3 days, your order might be canceled. Make sure to update your address within 3 days or before your order goes into production.
3. Lost in Transit
If your order doesn't arrive within the expected shipping timeframe, it might be lost in transit. We consider a package lost if it takes longer than usual to arrive. You need to claim any lost orders within 60 days from the order date.
4. Reprint & Refund Policy
We aim for perfection, but sometimes mistakes happen. We can reprint or refund orders for mistakes. You need to provide photo evidence of the mistake in your order. Depending on the situation, the cost for reprinting or refunding might be covered by us or you. If an order is reprinted with faster shipping, you'll have to cover the extra shipping cost.
5. Returns Policy
We don't accept returned orders, except in special cases.
6. Exchange Policy
We don't offer exchanges for ordered products because we don't keep stock. Each product is made to order.
7. Substitution Policy
If a product is out of stock, we might substitute it with a similar one. We'll only substitute if the new product matches in color/size and is equal or better in quality. Customers don't need to approve substitutions.
8. Special Requests
We don't offer bulk discounts or custom packaging. All orders are shipped out as they are without custom packaging or inserts.
